bdjli Terms & Conditions

1.1 Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions are defined as follows:

• "User" means any person who uses the services through a registered account on the bdjli platform.
• "Service" means online betting, casino games, sportsbook, and all other entertainment features available on the platform.
• "Account" means each user's personal registered profile through which the services are accessed.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance management system linked to an account.
• "Bonus Funds" means additional amounts granted by the platform as rewards or offers, subject to specific conditions.

• Each individual may hold only one account; if multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, both may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure platform security and transparency, bdjli may initiate an identity verification process at any time. When requested, users must provide a national identity card, passport, or other valid documents. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in temporary suspension of the account.

2.3 Account Security

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts for each payment method are as follows:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800 for all methods

3.3 Processing Time

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, under exceptional circumstances or when verification is required, additional time may be needed.

3.4 Transaction Restrictions

bdjli reserves the right to delay, limit, or reject any transaction for security or compliance reasons. If any irregularity is found in a transaction, we may request additional information for verification.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200
• A deposit of ৳14,000 earns a bonus of ৳8,000 (maximum cap) → total balance ৳22,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

Please keep the following in mind:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.

• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be forfeited.

4.3 Promotional Offers

bdjli's VIP programme has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback and exclusive benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Tier upgrades are based on user activity and engagement on the platform. Higher tiers come with additional benefits such as priority support, special offers, and enhanced services. VIP benefits are non-transferable, and bdjli reserves the right to change tier status under special circumstances.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in temporary or permanent account closure:

• Registering with false or misleading information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Abusing or exploiting the bonus system ("bonus hunting")
• Using automated software, bots, or similar technologies
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account
• Participating in money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability on the platform
• Misconduct or making threats towards other users or staff

6.2 Account Suspension & Closure

bdjli reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without providing a reason or prior notice. If prohibited conduct is established, the account balance may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time.

7.1 General Betting Rules

The following conditions apply when placing bets:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Incomplete bets due to technical errors will be cancelled and the stake will be refunded.
• Bets already confirmed on the server at the time of an internet disconnection will remain valid.
• bdjli's decision on the outcome of any bet or game is final.

7.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Each sport's own betting rules apply. If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or incomplete, bdjli will follow its established policy for all bets on that event and refund stakes where required.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between bdjli and you. Any prior oral or written agreements or understandings are superseded by this document.

12.3 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms is the original and authoritative version. If a translation is provided in any other language and a conflict arises, the Bengali version shall prevail.
